Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2-3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1) Measure out your cream and pour it into a saucepan.

2) Put the saucepan on medium heat and remove when bubbles form.

​

3) Measure out the chocolate and pour it into a heatproof bowl.

 

4) Pour the hot cream onto the chocolate chips. Let it sit for three minutes.

​

5) Mix the cream into the chocolate to create a homogenous mixture.

Important Tips To Remember

Make sure not to burn your cream. Heavy cream can boil up pretty quickly, so make sure you keep an eye on heat as it heats up.

Pro Tip: To add a little something extra to your ganache, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the chocolate as you are adding the heavy cream.
